I had a little mini-crisis with my MVMT watch and thought the whole warranty thing was going to turn into a drawn-out nightmare. Thankfully, support stepped in and made the repair process painless. It did take a bit of time, but they kept everything simple, stayed helpful, and eventually got it all sorted. In the end, I was relieved and happy with how they handled it.

The watch is pretty much exactly like the pics. My brother saw it too and thought it looked really nice. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I picked up my MVMT watch a few months back, and at first I was a little suspicious about how well it would handle water. I wasn’t planning to baby it, but I also didn’t want it to fall apart the second a raindrop looked at it.

So far, I’ve worn it washing my hands, getting caught in the rain, and hanging around the pool a few times. No fogging, no weird moisture under the glass, no dramatic watch meltdown or anything like that. It still looks just as good as when I got it.

I’m definitely not about to take it deep-sea diving or pretend it’s some indestructible submarine watch, but for normal everyday water stuff, it’s been totally solid. I’m happy with it.

The return process went smoothly overall. It was easy to figure out and I didn’t run into any major issues, but it did take a bit longer than I expected. Still, I was relieved it all worked out in the end

I had an issue with my order, so I contacted customer service. They did eventually get back to me and helped sort it out, but the wait between messages was longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and the person I spoke with was nice once they replied, but it was still frustrating sitting around waiting for updates. i kind of expected a quick apology for the delay or the inconvenience. Overall, it was fine, but they could definitely be faster and a little more acknowledging.

No weird mix-ups or missing pieces, which I appreciate because I’ve had other brands send me the wrong item before and make the whole return process a pain.
